Site Handling and Erection
Movement and handling of cargo within the site is as important as that on road. Next comes , putting cargo onto a place where it is supposed to be. SYNTRANS F2F accepts the responsibility of managing movement within the site and also Erection and installation of Heavy Cargo onto its Foundation.
SITE MANAGEMENT
- We can handle below activities in synchronized manner, with Bar coding and record keeping
- Unloading of Material at storage area
- Keeping track of Vehicles reporting to storage area
- Stacking and Packing/repacking at nominated storage area
- Issue of material from stores to erection sites
- Daily reconciliation of material
MANUAL UNLOADING AND DRAGGING
Unloading of heavy cargo such as Transformers, Reactors, Vessels, Girders etc on respective plinths/foundations, is being carried out presently by an unorganized or semi organized sector. Challenges are faced when non technical team uses non prescribed cargo components for jacking, dragging, lifting .Damage or accidents can occur during unloading , making all preceding efforts in vain. We undertake this activity using fully trained and insured manpower. Our equipment is certified and tested. Supervision is provided by a technical person who follows the SOP and Method statement. Entire activity of unloading at site is also insured.
STRAND JACK ERECTIONS (Proposed Service)
We are in a process of procuring Strand jacks and related accessories. Due to current market scenario , its being shifted to Q1 of 2021. In the meantime, studies are being conducted for identifying areas where cost and time reduction can be achieved.
